Cooking Attitude

Some people simply hate to cook or are not patient enough to learn how to do it. The true is cooking is area of human life with huge potential of creativity. Actually it can bring a lot of pleasure if only we can change our attitude towards preparing food. I know it’s important to follow the list of ingredients and proportions but remember that many great recipe were created by mistake or because of lack of ingredients (for example brownies or carbonara sauce). In summary cooking can be pure art of creation but also the best example of the method "getting the things done"*(how simple is that- preparation must be finished before serving). So if you have problems with planning and organizing and you would like to develop your creativity, learning how to cook is the best choice for you. And also it makes you more aware of what you put into your mouth and even how to find healthier option. Start is dead easy (Just take a pan) but remember - it takes time to create real passion for cooking and for sure – you won’t became a master chief overnight. Don’t expect to much and don’t try to prove yourself that making a soufflé is a child’s play (it could become one day).

Beginning...

January 2013 – the time when thousands of people promised themselves to change their life through New Year's resolutions. Word ‘Resolution' sounds so serious and hard to accomplish. I’d rather replace it with “Ideas for New Year”. In my case starting this blog is one of them. My Map- everything that’s is interesting for me or what I like to do in my spare time (including huge passion for cooking). I also hope that it became some kind of diary that in the future could be useful for me and maybe for some other people.

Each post with recipe will contain "Husband rate" on a scale one to ten. My husband agreed to be my 'guinea pig' in my culinary experiments ;)
