Ingredients
1 cup of parboiled rice
1/5 cup of raisins
1tbsp of Tandoori masala
2 cups of water
Combine water and rice in saucepan. Bring to boil stirring frequently
(you can use boiling water to speed up the cooking process). Add raisins and
Tandoori masala. Cover with lid and simmer on low heat until liquid is absorbed
(approximately 20 minutes).
